Qigong and Martial Arts

Sensei Arlan Cage has been a karate practitioner for more than 30 years and is a 4th Dan in traditional karate.  He teaches several forms of qigong and will be restarting his on-line courses and taking on private martial arts students this spring 2023.

Winter Qigong courses are held twice per week, Wednesday 6:30pm MT for Beginning and Saturday 9am Imtermediate Students. $25 per month, included for Patreon Members
